Refund policy


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with original tags and in their original packaging — and must include proof of purchase.

Rest of the World (Worldwide Orders)

All sales outside of the European Union are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for international orders, except in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@rematchrematch.com with photos and your order number.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable. Doesn't apply for vintage t-shirts showcased details. 

Exceptions, Exchanges & Refunds

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (including food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refund.
